How do I return an item purchased online?
You have thirty (30) calendar days following receipt of your article (s) within which to cancel your order (if the order is for several articles delivered separately, this period of time runs as of receipt of the last article).
To that end, you simply send us, prior to this deadline, the cancellation form enclosed with the email confirming the order, or any other unambiguous statement expressing your intention to cancel.

Once your return request has been validated, the E-shopping Customer Service will send you a return reference number and link to finalise your return(s) directly with ColiBack.
You then have fourteen (14) days following your decision to withdraw to return the item(s) via one of our ColiBack shipping partners using the completed, pre-paid return form printed from its website. Note: the return form is dated and must be used within fourteen (14) days after it has been issued.
We undertake to fully refund all sums paid for your order, namely:
- the item(s) you have returned;
- the outgoing shipping costs for this item, under the terms of Article 5.2 hereof.
Note: you must cover any return costs we may have paid (see return file we have completed and prepaid below), which will therefore be taken out of your refund.
In other words, the refund amount will be equal to the price of your item(s).
Refund amount = price of the item(s) returned
+ outgoing postage costs paid by the consumer
– return postage costs paid by LONGCHAMP
The refund will be made by using the same means of payment as that which was used for the initial transaction, as promptly as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days following the date on which we have been informed of your decision to cancel.
However, we reserve the right to defer the refund until receipt of the article(s) or until you have given us proof of shipment of said article (s), whichever of the two is the earliest.

In any event, make sure that you return your item complete (notice, accessories…) and in its original condition, with the packaging and the copy of your invoice. Items that are returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or stained will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 7 – EXCHANGE 7.1. PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Considering the unique and personalized nature of the item, the latter may not be exchanged.
